Marley Overshirt Sky Blue
Description
SizeSoesja is 1.70m tall and is wearing size S.
The Marley Overshirt is the perfect 'inbetween' item. This versatile overshirt can be worn as a relaxed jacket for the 'not so warm, not so cold' days, but will be a perfect regular shirt for when the days are getting colder. Combine the oversized shirt with one of our basic tees and you've got yourself a genuine worker look.
Marley is made from 99% recycled fibres, which makes him a extra awesome. Besides the more familiar recycled cotton and polyester, it's made from 53% Refibra. This innovation fibre from Lenzing is the recycled twin of Tencel. For now it's made from a blend of cotton production scraps and virgin cellulose. But the goal is to make it from fully post-consumer cotton fibres. How cool is that?

Certification & Sustainability
Marley is made from 99% recycled fibres. The fabric for this product is GRS (Global Recycling Standard) certified. GRS proves both the origin of the recycled fibres in this fabric and chemical restrictions in the dyeing process. GRS is the recycled twin sister of GOTS. The Refibra is from the hands of Lenzing and is made of partially cotton scraps and partially sustainably sourced FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) or PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) certified wood. The recycled cotton is from pre-consumer cotton waste as well. The recycled polyester is mechanically recycled. This shirt is finished with a low impact wash. Besides that, this product is fully vegan and PETA approved.

99% Recycled
Recycling comes in many forms and in this premium fabric we combine the best of them. The main fibre is Refibra, which is the recycled twin sister of Tencel made partially from cotton scraps. This is blended with pre-consumer recycled cotton fibres and a small percentage of recycled PET polyester. On top of that, it is dyed with ‘Save Water Dye’ technology, saving 85% of water in the dyeing process!

PETA
We're very proud to announce that almost all of our Pure Goods are officially PETA approved! PETA provides companies and consumers with a list to identify and avoid animal ingredients in textiles, shoes and accessories. To ensure our suppliers are compliant with the PETA certificate, we provide all our suppliers with our own questionnaire which they have to check and sign to confirm that they do not use animal contents in the garments with the PETA approved trademark.

Refibra
Refibra is the next step for Lenzing to reduce their environmental impact. This certified man-made fibre is made with the same closed-loop technique as Tencel, in which they re-use the solvents over and over again. The difference is that they use not only wood pulp, but also cotton cutting waste from production. With an innovative identification technique the origin of the cotton waste is guaranteed. Their end goal is to use post-consumer waste and becoming an active key partner in the transition towards the circular economy.
