What is the delivery time?

After your order is received, we will start processing your order immediately. Orders successfully processed will be shipped within one working day from our warehouse in The Netherlands. All our packages are shipped via several shipping companies such as PostNL, DHL, DPD or UPS. Please note that we cannot ship to DHL Packstations or other pick-up locations. Once we have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation by email that your order has been shipped.

Shipping costs are on your account and will be added automatically to your invoice. Shipping costs vary by country/region and are made visible on your account before accepting your order.

Delivery within the Benelux and Germany will be within 1-5 working days. Shipments within the Benelux are delivered on Monday – Saturday.

For other countries/regions the delivery may take longer but will not exceed a maximum of 10 days.

How can I track my order?

All our packages are shipped via PostNL. Once we have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation by email that your order has been shipped. You will receive a Track & Trace code to follow the shipment online.

How can I return my order?

After you received your order you will have 30 days to return it to us if you are not satisfied for any reason whatsoever. Please make sure to send the product back in its original condition and packaging without any labels removed. It is not possible to return or exchange your products at one of our retailers.

To make sure the package will reach us safely, we advise you to use a service that provides you with a tracking number so that the package can be tracked at all times. It is your responsibility the package reaches us safely. Return fees are for the customer and are non-refundable.

After the inspection of your return, we will refund you through the same payment method you paid your order with. Returns are processed on a weekly basis so the refunding process should only take a couple of workdays. After returning your order you can simply make a new order for the items you wish to receive in exchange.

Can I exchange an item?

Who should I contact if my Kuyichi item does not live up to my expectation?

We would like to see all our customers happy with our products. In case of complaints we ask everyone to contact the store where the product has been purchased. Please don’t forget to bring your receipt or a transaction record from your bank. If the product was ordered from Kuyichi’s webshop, please contact us at webshop@kuyichi.com

What's a CVV code?

In our checkout we ask for your Credit Card Verification Value (CVV) code for increased security and protection against fraud. For Mastercard, Maestro, Visa and Card Bleue credit cards, you can find this 3-digit value on the back of your card. As required by law, we will never store your credit card’s CVV code anywhere and it is discarded after transmission in the checkout.

Which payment methods are available at Kuyichi webshop?

We currently support most of the common payment methods from across Europe. Your payment is securely processed by our online payment service provider (“Mollie”). Offered payment methods:

After finalizing your order in our web store, you will be redirected to Adyen for the actual payment. After the payment has been approved, you will be redirected back to our shop. You might see the name of Mollie on your bank statements.

Are the prices shown inclusive of VAT?

Kuyichi charges VAT based upon the tax laws in the Netherlands. All products and shipping charges are subject to 21% VAT. All prices shown on our web store are inclusive of 21% VAT unless mentioned otherwise. We do not offer tax-free shopping and cannot refund VAT when you export our items.
