Once fixed, they will send your item back as new. As easy as it gets!
How it works
1. Book your repair
Fill in the details of your repair through the mended site and receive a shipping label.
2. Send it off
Wash your garment and put it in a secure package. Print the label and stick it on your package. Now, drop it off at your nearest post office.
3. Wear your favourite again!
You will receive your repaired item back as new within 10 days. Ready for you to wear and enjoy again!
4. Receive a little extra
To encourage you to make the extra effort to repair your Kuyichi items, we're giving you a small reward. You'll receive a code that gives you 10 euros off on your next order. The code remains valid whether you want to use it this month or in 5 years.
