  • Om ons team te versterken zoeken wij een gedreven Account Manager. Jij speelt een belangrijke rol in het uitbreiden en beheren van onze klantenportefeuille binnen de Nederlandse markt. Met jouw commerciële ervaring en passie voor duurzame mode help je Kuyichi groeien en onze missie verder te verspreiden. We geloven in samenwerking, innovatie en kwaliteit.       • Relatiebeheer: Onderhouden en uitbouwen van bestaande klantrelaties (modewinkels, conceptstores, ketens).

      • New business: Actief benaderen van nieuwe prospects binnen de Nederlandse markt.

      • Advisering: Ondersteunen van retailers met collectiepresentaties, inkoopadvies en visual merchandising.

      • Salesdoelstellingen: Behalen van commerciële targets en rapporteren van resultaten.

      • Samenwerking: Intensief samenwerken met marketing en productontwikkeling voor optimale klantondersteuning.

      • Representatie: Vertegenwoordigen van Kuyichi tijdens beurzen, events en klantpresentaties.

      • Data & rapportages: Beheren en analyseren van klantgegevens, offertes en verkoopresultaten, onder meer in Excel.

      • HBO werk- en denkniveau.

      • Minimaal 1–2 jaar ervaring in accountmanagement of sales, bij voorkeur in de mode- of retailsector.

      • Sterke commerciële en communicatieve vaardigheden.

      • Zelfstandig, proactief en resultaatgericht.

      • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.

      • Je kunt goed overweg met Excel (voor rapportages en analyses).

  • Kuyichi is looking for a Sustainability Manager to strengthen our team! As our sustainability manager you will play a key role in driving Kuyichi's sustainability strategy and ensure that our commitment to social and environmental responsibility is put into practice. With your expertise, we keep pushing the boundaries of sustainable fashion and "unfashion the industry". We believe in coöperation, innovation and responsibility-driven practices.

      • Strategic development: Develop and lead sustainability projects across the entire supply chain.

      • Positive impact: Drive progress toward our ambitious environmental and social goals while enhancing Kuyichi’s brand awareness.

      • Supply chain partnerships: Work closely with suppliers to improve sustainability practices and build long-term, fair partnerships

      • Due diligence: Continue Kuyichi’s due diligence, manage Fair Wear membership requirements, conduct risk scoping, supplier assessments and training, and ensure ethical labour practices throughout our supply chain.

      • Environmental impact: Lead our environmental initiatives, including supply chain transparency, LCA calculations, circular business models, and material choices.

      • Certification: Oversee brand and product certification compliance, including GOTS, GRS, OCS, and Regenagri.

      • Stakeholder management: Maintain and develop partnerships with multi-stakeholder initiatives, NGOs and industry organisations to advance sustainability goals.

      • Sustainability communication: Develop clear and transparent communication about our sustainability efforts for both consumers and stakeholders. In written language and as Kuyichi’s spokesperson on sustainability.

      • Regulatory compliance: Stay current with relevant laws and regulations at the national and international level and ensure implementation.

      • Industry developments: Analyse sustainability developments within the fashion sector and embed this into policy and practice.

      • Teamwork: Collaborate with production, design, and marketing colleagues to integrate sustainability into all aspects of our business.

      • Proven capability to operate at a bachelor’s or master’s level of thinking

      • 3+ years of experience in sustainability management, preferably in fashion or textiles.

      • Strong knowledge of social compliance, experience with textile certification and Fair

      • Wear Foundation is a pré

      • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

      • Expertise in sustainable textile production, material innovation and/or supply chain management.

      • Proven experience in sustainability monitoring and reporting.

      • Excellent stakeholder management skills.

      • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English

      • A big passion for driving positive environmental and social impact, and a love for jeans.

  • Wanna find out what it’s like to work at a sustainable denim brand? Kuyichi is looking for an intern with a planet-friendly heart! Since 2000, Kuyichi has been trying to change the fashion industry for the better, and now the product development team is in need of reinforcement. Are you detail-oriented and well-organised? Then you’re the one we’re looking for!

    • As our product development intern, you’ll be assisting our product managers in product development for denim and non-denim. What a workweek will look like for you:

      • Measure and document our samples;

      • Organise and sort out our proto's and production samples;

      • Set-up our fabric, fit and wash library.

    • We're looking for you if you:

      • Do a study with a focus on product development (in fashion);

      • Are available for at least 4-5 days a week for a minimum of four months;

      • Live in the area of Utrecht, or are willing to travel;

      • Are fluent in both Dutch and English.

      • a detail-oriented and organised;

      • sustainable at heart (or wanting to be);

      • a team player who can also work independently;

      • familiar with Excel / Google sheets.

Since 2000, Kuyichi has been trying to change the fashion industry for the better, and now the sustainability team is in need of reinforcement. Are you a true impact maker with a love for research and a drive to change things for the better? Then you’re the one we’re looking for!

    This position is already filled for September 2025!

    • As our sustainability intern, you’ll be assisting our sustainability manager to increase our positive impact. What a workweek will look like for you:

      • Assist in the realisation of running projects, both environmental and social impact driven;

      • Keep track of data and document collection from suppliers and research new innovations in the fashion industry;

      • Learn how we work on sustainability and help improve how we measure and communicate these;

      • Write about our sustainable efforts in collaboration with our marketing team;

      • Have your own research project under the guidance of the Sustainability Manager.

    • We're looking for you if you:

      • Do a study with a focus on sustainability (in fashion) or innovation;

      • Are available for at least 3-5 days a week for a minimum of four months;

      • Live in the area of Utrecht, or are willing to travel;

      • Are fluent in both Dutch and English;

      • An idealistic and reliable person;

      • Sustainable at heart (or wanting to be);

      • A team player who can also work independently;

      • A writer who likes to tell stories.

      • Familiar with Adobe Indesign (this is a plus)
