We are looking for a proactive and organised office support / customer support to join our team. In this role, you will support office management, logistics, sales operations, and aftersales processes, ensuring smooth workflows across the organisation.

You'll be working together with our office/sales support manager. Your key responsibilities:
Office and team support: handle staff orders, maintaining a clean workspace and assist with general admin tasks;
Logistics and production support: Process and track purchase orders and send out sample shipments;
Sales & customer support: Support B2B and B2C aftersales, including exchanges, returns, complaints and reviews.

We're looking for you if:
you are highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented;
you have the ability to multitask across admin, logistics and customer support;
you are fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of German is a plus;
you have some experience with order management systems, CRM tools, etc.

Are you passionate about marketing, fashion and sustainability, and eager to gain hands-on experience within a growing denim brand? As our Marketing & E-commerce Intern, you’ll become an integral part of the Kuyichi team, working closely with our marketing and ecommerce departments to strengthen our online presence.

As our marketing/ecommerce intern, you’ll be assisting our marketing and ecommerce department with our online presence. What your internship will look like:
Write product texts for our website;
Write blogs;
Daily website checks;
Add new products on our website;
Creating statistic reports;
Create content for our online channels;
Community management;
Assisting on shoot days.

Are studying in marketing, creative business or similar;
Are available for at least 4-5 days a week for a minimum of four months;
Live in the area of Utrecht, or are willing to travel;
Are fluent in both Dutch and English.

Since 2000, Kuyichi has been trying to change the fashion industry for the better, and now the product development team is in need of reinforcement. Are you detail-oriented and well-organised? Then you’re the one we’re looking for!

As our product development denim intern, you’ll be assisting our product manager in product development for denim 75% and non-denim 25%. What a workweek will look like for you:
Measure and document our samples;
Organise and sort out our proto's and production samples;
Maintain and building our fabric, fit, wash library and denim production guidelines.

Do a study with a focus on product development (in fashion);
Are available for at least 4-5 days a week for a minimum of four months;
Live in the area of Utrecht, or are willing to travel;
Are fluent in both Dutch and English.

As our sustainability intern, you’ll be assisting our sustainability manager to increase our positive impact. What a workweek will look like for you:
Assist in the realisation of running projects, both environmental and social impact driven;
Keep track of data and document collection from suppliers and research new innovations in the fashion industry;
Learn how we work on sustainability and help improve how we measure and communicate these;
Write about our sustainable efforts in collaboration with our marketing team;
Have your own research project under the guidance of the Sustainability Manager.

Are available for at least 3-5 days a week for a minimum of four months;
Live in the area of Utrecht, or are willing to travel;

A writer who likes to tell stories.
Familiar with Adobe Indesign (this is a plus)
