Undyed: the true colour of cotton
Undyed since 2020
When we first saw the clean canvas provided by Bossa back in 2019, we fell in love with the look and feel. If you look closely, you can see some residues from the cotton plant. These are visible as little brown dots woven into the Undyed fabric. While in conventional denim, these signs of nature are bleached, dyed, and washed out to get the cleanest material possible. But why would we want to get rid of this natural look? That is why we launched the Nora Undyed in 2020, followed by other Undyed styles over the seasons up until this day.
What are the benefits of the Undyed collection?
We started this Undyed collection not only because the natural look of cotton is beautiful as is. There are sustainable benefits to it as well. We cut out the bleaching, dyeing, and washing processes to keep the true cotton colour. This saves a huge amount of water and energy. Additionally, the amount of chemicals used is reduced drastically. In short, reducing the environmental impact of our pure goods can be as simple as skipping some processes.
Undyed denim: your new wardrobe essential
Next to the aesthetic appeal, our Undyed collection is also a lot friendlier to our planet. Undyed denim or other undyed items can be your next staple piece through the seasons. It matches easily with any colour and is an ideal addition to your capsule wardrobe. So, if you want to add a touch of nature to your style, give our Undyed collection a try!
