The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the leading global textile processing standard for organic fibres, including ecological, social, and chemical criteria throughout the entire textile supply chain.

After receiving your order, we will start processing it immediately. Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been shipped.

Delivery within the Benelux and Germany will occur within 1-5 working days. Shipments within the Benelux are delivered from Monday to Saturday.

For other countries/regions, delivery may take longer but will usually not exceed 10 days.

Please note that local VAT and import duties may apply for non-EU countries. All prices on our webshop include Dutch VAT. Be aware that local charges may apply upon delivery; these costs are non-refundable.

After receiving your order, you will have 30 days to register your return if you are unsatisfied for any reason. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition and packaging, with all labels intact. It is not possible to return or exchange products at any of our retailers.
