After receiving your order, we will start processing it immediately. Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been shipped.

Orders within the Benelux and Germany are delivered within 1-5 working days. Deliveries within the Benelux are made from Monday to Saturday.

For other countries and regions, delivery may take longer but usually does not exceed 10 days.

Please note that local VAT and import duties may apply for all non-EU countries. All prices on our webshop include Dutch VAT. Be aware that local charges may apply upon delivery, and these costs are non-refundable.

You have 30 days from receiving your order to register a return if you are not satisfied. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition and packaging, with all labels intact. It is not possible to return or exchange your products at any of our retailers.
