Once we receive your order, we will start processing it immediately. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery within the Benelux and Germany will take 1-5 working days. Shipments within the Benelux are delivered Monday through Saturday.

For other countries/regions, delivery may take longer, but it usually won’t exceed a maximum of 10 days.

Once you’ve received your order, you have 14 days to register a return if you are not satisfied for any reason. Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition and packaging, with all labels intact. Products cannot be returned or exchanged at any of our retailers.
