For this product, the fabric is cut, sewn, washed and finished at a factory in Türkiye, which we have worked with since 2018. We assess our production locations on labour standards, wages, working hours, health and safety, and freedom of association, part of our own due diligence, supported by our Fair Wear membership. Fair Wear doesn't certify factories. We use Fair Wear, BSCI and SMETA social audits to help us assess labour conditions.Kuyichi is a member of Fair Wear Foundation, an organisation that supports brands in strengthening labour conditions in their supply chains. After receiving your order, we will start processing it immediately. Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been shipped.

Delivery within the Benelux and Germany will be within 1-5 working days. Shipments within the Benelux are delivered from Monday to Saturday.

For other countries/regions, delivery may take longer but will usually not exceed a maximum of 10 days.

Please note that local VAT and import duties may apply for all non-EU countries. All prices on our webshop include Dutch VAT. Be aware that local charges may apply upon delivery; these costs are non-refundable.

After receiving your order, you will have 30 days to register your return if you are unsatisfied for any reason. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition and packaging, with all labels intact. It is not possible to return or exchange your products at any of our retailers.
